Hela Hijazi

Hela Hijazi has been a fitness and yoga enthusiast for most of her life. In 2013, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha & Vinyasa. Throughout her years of teaching and self-practice, Hela has gained substantial knowledge of the human body, focusing on mindful movement, mobility, and strength. 

Hela’s Yoga teaching helps others connect with their breaths, build strength, find freedom within their bodies, and begin their journey toward inner peace.
