SFA. (“Sports For All”) operates several websites and mobile applications including SFA iOS App and SFA Android App. It is SFA’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and mobile applications.

 App Users

Like most Digital Products, SFA collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers IOS / Android Apps and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. SFA’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how SFA’s visitors use its website / App. From time to time, SFA may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to SFA’s websites / App choose to interact with SFA in ways that require SFA to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that SFA gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at SFA to provide an email address and phone number. In each case, SFA collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with SFA. SFA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And users can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related or app-related activities.

Types of Data Collected

Among the types of Personal Data that SFA Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Cookies; Usage Data; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example); device information; geography/region; number of Users ; number of sessions; session duration; Application opens; Application updates; first launches; operating systems; first name; last name; gender; date of birth; phone number; company name; profession; address; country; email address; various types of Data; city; field of activity; Data communicated while using the service; device logs; username; password; language; picture. Complete details on each type of Personal Data collected are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or by specific explanation texts displayed prior to the Data collection. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application. Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Support. Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available. Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

The application collects some device data that helps to improve the experience, such as the device language and system type. The application also tracks the user’s location only when users try to join a community sports group event and check in / check out to a challenge session.

Health Information

SFA may collect or infer health information. Certain health information may be inferred from sources such as heart rate, calories, or other measurements, including power, cadence, and weight or other indicators. Before you can upload health information to SFA, you must give your explicit consent to the processing of that health information by SFA. You can withdraw your consent to SFA processing your health information at any time by disconnecting the tracker through the app

Tracking user’s location

SFA may track user’s location in the background only when a user try to check in to any published sports event or challenge, once the user checks out from the event or challenge the app will stop tracking the user’s location.

Aggregated Statistics

SFA may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites / APP. For instance, SFA may monitor the most popular services on the SFA applications. SFA may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, SFA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

SFA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees or organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on SFA’s behalf or to provide services available at SFA’s websites / APP, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. SFA will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. SFA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when SFA believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of SFA, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of a SFA APP and have supplied your email address, SFA may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with SFA. We primarily use our various product blogs and social media channels to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. SFA takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. SFA uses cookies to help SFA identify and track visitors, their usage of SFA website, and their website access preferences.
