Still Young is more than a program — it ’s a promise.

A promise that movement, connection, and purpose doesn’t

stop with age. It ’s a movement that empowers people to live

fully, move freely, and thrive boldly. Led by expert trainers

and backed by global knowledge, Still Young turns aging into

a celebration of strength, not limitation.

“Still Young” redefines aging, not as slowing down, but as rising up.

Program Goals

This program aims to benefit seniors aged 50 and above, as well as trainers looking to enhance their skills. This program focuses on the execution of several key components of the program, including Club 150 (targeting individuals with diabetes or heart conditions), Ball Walk (six-a-side walking football and basketball for those aged 50+), and our female-only fitness programs (Bespoke). In addition, preparations for the Weekly Tournaments for participants aged 35-40.

Efforts to engage and recruit participants, as well as ensure the necessary training materials and trainers, are progressing in all three cities. These initiatives directly support the Ministry of Sports’ Vision 2030 by promoting a healthier and more active population and contributing to economic diversification and job creation.
