University students across Saudi can work out to win an iPhone 11 Pro!
The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) and the Saudi Universities Sports Federation (SUSF) invite all university students across the country to join the National call to health and wellness with a collaborative contest: the Baytak Nadeek Challenge! (#بيتك_ناديك). The contest begins today with 10 iPhone 11 Pros up for grabs!
The Baytak Nadeek Challenge is simple. One valid entry consists of a photo or video of a student’s home workout posted on Instagram or Twitter that tags both @Saudi_SFA and @SUSFChannel and the hashtag #بيتك_ناديك. Remember that to qualify the photo or video must live on your account (it cannot be a disappearing Instastory), and your account must be unlocked so that the SUSF social media manager is able to see it. You must be following SUSF to win! If you aren’t comfortable photographing yourself, write up your workout or show us a picture from online of what you did.
The competition, open to university students anywhere in Saudi, closes April 26, 2020. SUSF will then select 10 university student entries to each win an iPhone 11 Pro. Students can submit as many home workout entries as they like so long as each entry is different.
All home workouts count; you can walk, jog, do yoga, fitness, weight training – pretty much any type of physical activity! The handles of the winners and their universities will be announced on both of the Federations’ social media accounts.
Need some inspiration for your Baytak Nadeek Challenge home workout? The SFA’s official Baytak Nadeek Trainers have you covered! View their workouts – a choice of CrossFit, interval training, resistance training, aerobics, yoga, and more – on Instagram by visiting the hashtag or click here to see a few on our website. Our Trainers have shared options that are fun and require little to no equipment, so this is a great option for your entry to the Challenge.
Stemming from an initial collaborative discussion in early February, the Baytak Nadeek Challenge is the first cooperative effort between the two Federations. The partnership workshop, was led by SFA President HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud and SUSF President Dr. Khalid Almuzaini, included the leadership teams of both Federations. Held on February 4, the workshop focused on how the two entities could best collaborate to increase physical fitness levels in Saudi. The SFA and the SUSF are pleased to jointly activate the new partnership during such a pivotal time for the country’s health and wellness.
