With an extensive background in elite sports coaching, Jean-Jérôme Perrin-Mortier has been involved in sports development as well as using sports for development, collaborating with international federations, NGOs, and local authorities in Africa and Asia.
Jean coached South Africa, Togo, and Azerbaijan’s Canoeing Kayaking teams in the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympic Games. Notably, his achievements include heading the training of the World’s No. 1 team, the Peschier Brothers from France, and coaching Benjamin Boukpeti, the first Olympic medalist in the history of Togo.
Before assuming the CEO position, he served for around four years as Director of Field Programs and COO at Peace and Sport.
