Getting fit is easy with these tutorials

The time has come to take charge of getting fit and active! Just a few minutes of exercise daily provides a myriad of physical and mental plusses. You’ll need to start with a few simple stretches to loosen up, and maybe a few minutes of jogging in place to get your heart rate up.

Many health and wellness professionals suggest that for best results, try and do your series of moves in sets of threes (meaning a three jumping jack series would be done three times for a total of nine).

You might start with bird dogs then move on to the stair workout then the tricep dip. You’ll complete the established number of moves for each, then you’ll repeat the whole set again.
