Sara Duulaijan

Sara AlDulaijan has been a fitness and yoga enthusiast for most of her life. She completed 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training In 2022.

In addition to Yoga, she continued to pursue her training in Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre. Throughout her years of teaching, she attained significant knowledge of the human body, focusing on alignment, posture, strength, and flexibility.

Practicing Yoga taught Sara that happiness, health, and freedom should be a priority. In her classes, you will turn inward, connect with yourself, and surely relax!
