CSGS AWARDING CEREMONY

Join us at the SFA EXPO where we will be hosting the CSGs Awarding Ceremony to recognize the outstanding efforts of our Community Sport Groups (CSGs). Winners across four categories will be announced on all SFA social media accounts and awarded at the SFAExpo. The total prize money of 500,000 SAR will be distributed among the winners of different categories. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to celebrate the dedication and impact of our CSGs.
BEST COMMUNITY
ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM
This award recognizes community sports groups that have made significant efforts to engage with and involve the community in their activities.
– The CSG demonstrates efforts to engage with and involve the community in their activities. For example, it collaborates with local organizations or schools to promote sports and healthy lifestyles.
– Creating accessible sports events or initiatives that encourage active participation from vulnerable groups.
Criteria and Conditions
– Registered under SFA application
– Documentation for all implemented events
– Submission of all required plan, reports, information, and documents on the google form.(link)
– Must be active in Instagram with an account representing the CSG (not personal)
BEST YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This award recognizes community sports groups that have made significant contributions to the development of youth in the community.
– Participation levels and retention rates of youth participants.
– Opportunities provided for youth in the CSGs initiatives
Criteria and Conditions
– Registered under SFA application
– Documentation for all implemented events with numbers
– Submission of all required plan, reports, information, and documents on the google form.(link)
– Must be active in Instagram with an account representing the CSG (not personal)
CSG WITH A PRACTICAL ROBUST PLAN TO ACTIVATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND/OR OLDER ADULTS
This award is given to community sports groups that have presented plans contributing to the development of people with disabilities and/or the elderly in the community.
– Participation levels of people with disabilities and the elderly in the events organized by the group.
Criteria and Conditions
– Registered under SFA application
– Documentation for all implemented events.
– Submission of all required plan, reports, information, and documents on the google form.(link)
– Must be active in Instagram with an account representing the CSG (not personal)
MOST ACTIVE
CSGS ON SFA APPLICATION
This award recognizes community sports groups that are active on SFA application and documents their sports activities and events in the application regularly.
– CSGs must be submitting their workout sessions in the application and make sure that their members are submitting attendance.
– All the CSG’s events must be booked in the application.
