BARRIERS ARE NOT REAL!
Excuses Make Everything Harder

Whether it's time constraints, work obligations, weather conditions, or just laziness, excuses can often dominate our lives, hindering us from engaging in physical activity. But have you ever asked yourself: What could I achieve if I got rid of these excuses?

The Saudi Sports for All Federation conducted a comprehensive study on the perceived barriers to physical activity. Common responses among males and females surveyed included lack of time (39%), while others mentioned disability (13%), fear of injury (11%), or family commitments (11%).

In light of this, the SFA has launched the third edition of the #MoveYourWorld campaign to raise awareness about the importance of movement and how to overcome the main obstacles that prevent us from doing so.
