JEDDAH HALF MARATHION 2022
The Saudi Sports for All Federation is staging the Jeddah Half-Marathon on December 10, 2022.
Supported by the Ministry of Sports, Quality of Life Program, and the Saudi Arabian Athletic Federation, and The Saudi Athletic Federation, the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) is set to host the Jeddah Half Marathon 2022 in the heart of Jeddah promenade and Corniche area.
The SFA has organized multiple races within the Jeddah Half-Marathon 2022 to suit people of all ages and abilities. The Jeddah Half Marathon 2022 will start from the Jeddah Yacht Club.
We welcome you all to run your preferred distance and challenge yourself to cross the finish line. 3 distances will be offered:
All participants are welcomed to collect their bib number and race kit from the Marathon Village on December 9, 2022 from 9am till 10pm.

The Jeddah Half Marathon 2022 will start at Jeddah Yacht Club
The Jeddah Half Marathon 2022 will take place on December 10, 2022
The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), which the main body responsible for raising physical activity levels in the Kingdom, is responsible for organizing the Riyadh Marathon with support from the Ministry of Sport, the Quality of Life Program, the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee, and the Saudi Arabian Athletic Federation.
Anybody can participate in the Jeddah Half Marathon; we have a variety of races suitable for all ages and athletic abilities. Please make sure to review the terms and conditions upon registering.
There will be three races at the Jeddah Half Marathon 2022:
Half Marathon (21,0975) km- the race is open to participants aged 18 and above
10 KM Race – open to participants aged 17 and above
4 KM Fun Run – open to all ages (Children should be accompanied by an adult)
The prices set for the Jeddah Half Marathon 2022 are affordable and suitable for everyone
– Half Marathon: 95 SAR
– 10 KM Race: 75 SAR
– 4 KM Family Fun Run: 45 SAR
Yes, everyone is welcome to participate in the Jeddah Half Marathon 2022. Please make sure to register as a person with disabilities to ensure all your needs are accommodated.
Your results will be available on the official Jeddah Half Marathon website on December 10th after the race.
A downloadable certificate will be available with your results.
You will receive an email after the race with a link to the website to get your photos , that you can find with your bib number.
Yes, there will be opportunities to volunteer at the Jeddah Half Marathon 2022. Please reach out to the organizing committee
Registration
You can register for the Jeddah Half- Marathon on the official website.
You may cancel your registration at anytime in the Jeddah Half Marathon 2022. However, due to the nature of the event, we are unable to refund registration fees.
Race Kit
Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your QR code.
The Jeddah Marathon race kit will include your race bib (which you are required to wear on race day ), a goody bag, a t-shirt. Once race day, the 1st 10,000 runners will receive a medal after crossing the finish line
You can pick up your race kit at the marathon village on December 10 from 9am to 10 pm.
You will be required to present a form of ID (National ID, Iqama, or passport) and your registration QR code.
Race Day
Yes there will be a storage area at the village where you can store your belongings. Belongings will be tagged with your bib number.
To collect your belongings after the race, you have to present the card number recevied at the counter
There will be no changing areas at the venue
There will be refreshment areas every 2.5 km across all races, in addition to the finish line.
Marathon Village
The Jeddah Half Marathon race bibs include an electronic chip to track their progress. The chip will be automatically activated during the race to track participants progression.
Yes, there will be photography and videography during the race. All participants agree to the use of footage by the Saudi Sports for All Federation and the Jeddah Half Marathon during registration as part of the terms and conditions.
Yes, there will be medical staff on alert to attend to any emergency or injuries throughout the race. A medical station will also be present every 5km along to the start and finish areas. In addition, we will have paramedics and first aid responders every 0.5km along the way
The marathon village will take place on December 9-10th 2022.
The marathon village will take place at the Jeddah Yacht Club area, few meters away from the start line
Health and Safety
Participants can collect their bibs at the marathon village, which will include side activations, food trucks, music and more! Details will be shared closer to the marathon date.
The Jeddah Half Marathon will abide by all the health protocos set by the Ministry of Health
