Saudi Sports for All Federation Partners with Kuwait’s Suffix Launched with Saracen Race in the Kingdom

Renowned for its challenging design, Race tests physical, mental aptitude, and endurance of participants

Riyadh, January 8, 2025 – The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) has signed a four-year partnership with Kuwait-based Suffix, a prominent company in the sports industry, to host the Saracen Race in Saudi Arabia for the first time. The race will take place in three different cities within the Kingdom, aiming to promote fitness, health, and an active lifestyle while enriching the Kingdom’s expanding sports calendar. As Kuwait’s largest obstacle race course open to both men and women, the Saracen Race’s introduction highlights Saudi Arabia’s commitment to hosting diverse and inclusive sporting events across the country.

The inaugural Saracen Race is scheduled to take place in Riyadh in the first quarter of 2025, offering participants a chance to challenge their physical and mental limits like never before. Open to participants of all levels, the five-kilometer endurance competition will welcome both beginners and seasoned athletes. With its family-friendly atmosphere, the event aims to encourage community participation, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all. Over the course of this four-year partnership, a total of ten events will be held across the Kingdom, further promoting active living and fostering community engagement.

Introduced in 2017, the Saracen Race is a popular annual event that’s held at Kuwait’s Battle Fitness Festival. The competition is known for its challenging obstacles – including climbing walls, crawling under barbed wire, and more – designed to test participants’ mental and physical endurance.
