The meeting agenda included updates on several key areas, including community engagement initiatives, regional programs, sports participation metrics, and recent global partnerships, such as those with Qatar’s Generation Amazing, Saudi’s Sports Boulevard Foundation, and Apple, as well as insights from a collaborative visit to Greece.

One of the highlights of the community engagement efforts was the Community Champions Campaign, which comprises 24 short films, each highlighting the efforts of a different community sports group. The SFA also continued its region-specific initiatives with the inauguration of the SFA Dome in Dammam, offering 15 different sporting activities to the community and benefiting over 41,300 participants. Similarly, the Neighborhood Clubs have been a huge success, with memberships growing to 15,000 in 2023.

Board members also discussed the SFA’s reshaped commercialization strategy, upcoming data-driven publications, and explored enhanced collaboration methods. The meeting covered execution-focused agreements and plans for 2025 activations, ensuring continued progress toward strategic objectives.
